We’re pleased to announce that Aena has acquired EVS Aviation solutions for three additional airports in Spain: Madrid, Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca.

AENA is the world’s number one airport operator in terms of passenger traffic and a long-term customer of Envirosuite. The company manages 46 airports in Spain including Madrid and Barcelona.

With 7 runways and more than 700,000 operations per year between those airports alone, a key pillar of AENA’s successful operations is their ability to work with their communities by providing transparent policies and communications.

AENA uses multiple EVS Aviation products such as ANOMS as a reliable and trusted third-party solution to help monitor and manage their noise but most of all, provide data that they can trust. Envirosuite has established unique ISO 20906 certified services accredited by ENAC which represents a guarantee for airports in relation to the data quality provided by EVS Aviation products.

We’re pleased to announce that AENA has acquired EVS Aviation solutions for three additional airports in Spain. These now amounts to 15 AENA airports serviced by EVS Aviation products including ANOMS, WebTrak and accredited aviation and acoustic specialist support services to ensure reliable and qualified data. In addition, we expanded our ISO 20906 data accreditation with six more AENA sites to cover all the airports with active Noise Management programs in place.

ANOMS Carbon Emissions module adopted at three AENA airports to assess GHG emissions

Across Europe, improved compliance with green procedures have become essential in reducing emissions. AENA is currently at the forefront monitoring compliance and communicating industry actions to their communities. Detailed and accurate calculation of GHG emissions is required to target reductions activities while communicating clearly to all stakeholders.

AENA has now adopted ANOMS Carbon Emissions for Madrid, Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca airports. ANOMS Carbon Emissions is part of the EVS Aviation product suite and will help AENA engage with airlines and stakeholders around flight emissions. The platform provides timely, automatically accurate data on aircraft greenhouse gas emissions, based on actual flight tracks, mode of operation and weather conditions for reduction and mitigation activities.
