Leading the future of Urban Air Mobility in Paris region
We’re thrilled to have been selected as part of a consortium of companies to develop an air mobility ecosystem to improve liveability and sustainability in Paris. Chosen from over 150 applicants, across 25 countries, Envirosuite will be working alongside global leaders such as the Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre (Netherlands) and UC Berkeley (USA) to develop the ‘public acceptance’ program with our innovative noise measurement, flight tracking and community engagement solutions.
This air mobility initiative was established by the RATP Group, Groupe ADP and Choose Paris Region with international expressions of interests called in late 2020. The initiative called for partners in five categories including vehicle development, urban infrastructure, operations, airspace integration, and acceptability. With the winners of each category selected and announced January 2021, the partners will be begin conducting experiments from June 2021 in the test area at the Pontoise-Cormeilles-en-Vexin airfield north west of Paris.
“Through the collaboration of public and private players, and by inviting innovative companies from around the world to join us and complete our value chain, we are building a unique ecosystem to develop the urban air mobility sector”. - Franck Margain, President of Choose Paris Region
