We are pleased to advise that, pursuant to the terms of the transaction announced on 17 January 2020, and the passing of the associated resolutions at the Company’s General Meeting held 24 February 2020, completion of the acquisition of EMS Bruel & Kjær Holdings Pty Ltd by Envirosuite Limited, occurred today.
