As Director of Airports - Americas, James is responsible for airport clients, contracts, and operations throughout the Americas.
James has implemented and managed complex multiyear airport noise and operations management systems for multiple airport programs, streamlining processes and developing solutions for the increasing level of on-going support our clients require to operate efficiently and effectively.

At the start of 2020, after 16 years leading the Research and Development Teams for the group, Simon started a new role to be based in the United States to work with key airports, like LAWA, to create an optimal product fit across the airport operations and ensure that LAWA’s future needs were understood and anticipated by multi-million-dollar annual investment in R&D.
