Effective on or about 20 August 2025, Envirosuite will undergo a change of control. This means that Ideagen will acquire 100% ownership of Envirosuite and all its group companies. While the legal ownership has changed, our operations, contracts, and commitment to service excellence remain unchanged.  

No. Your existing contract remains in full force and effect. The terms, service levels, and pricing under your agreement will remain unchanged unless otherwise communicated and agreed in writing. 

Some client contracts require prior written consent before a change of control can take effect. If your contract includes such a clause, we have contacted you to formally request your consent, even though no other changes are being made to the agreement. 

If your consent is required under the agreement and is not provided, we may need to escalate the matter to your legal team for resolution. In the meantime, we will continue to honor all contractual obligations and service levels. We are happy to discuss any questions you may have. 

No. There will be no interruption or degradation in the quality or delivery of our services. Our operational teams and service infrastructure remain in place and fully committed to your account. 

In the short term, the only change you’ll notice is the Ideagen name and branding on our channels. You’ll still have the same customer experience team, and the terms of your contract are unaffected. Longer term, you’ll be able to benefit from Ideagen’s full portfolio of solutions. 

No. Your account manager and all current points of contact will remain the same. Should any changes occur in the future, we will notify you well in advance. 

Yes. Envirosuite continues to operate with strong financial backing, and the change of control positions us for long-term growth and enhanced capabilities under the ownership of Ideagen. 

There are no changes to our data handling, confidentiality, or regulatory compliance obligations. We remain bound by all applicable laws and standards as required under your contract and jurisdiction.
